Rich showed us many houses in the neighborhood he lived in (Churchill Club). It was advantageous to us because of his knowledge of the value of homes in the neighborhood and trends of the homes there. After we found the home we loved, it was a risk making an offer knowing we had a baby due in a few weeks and we still owned a townhouse. Rich met with our mortgage loan originator and the 2 were able to get us closed in 3 weeks. Thanks to Rich, we were moved in just in time for mom and baby to come home to our new house. Also, he helped us with getting our townhouse rented with all the correct paperwork to become landlords.

Thank you so much! We wouldn't be here if it weren't for all your help! I absolutely love it here! Naperville is awesome. I love how we are just 3 minutes from downtown. The kids spend so much time there. They ride their bikes there and go to the beach, library or just walk around. They just started school today and hope they make lots of friends.
