Quarterly property inspections during lease to ensure compliance with lease terms and general property maintenance.
Arrange legal tenant notices and initiation of evictions, as required.
Monthly and annual accounting of income and expenses (posted on Dropbox.com unique account that we set up for you ).
Coordination of tenant requests for all repairs and maintenance.
Coordination of inspection services (ie City or Section 8 inspections).
Coordination of contractor repairs/maintenance.
Preparation of final move-out inspection and closing statement when tenant vacates the property.
