Short Sale Package and Listing Appointment Documentation
When we meet to list your home, there will be more paperwork requirements since it is a Short Sale. Short sales are more complicated than traditional sales and do require some extra work on your part. We call all of the documentation needed to initiate a short sale a “Short Sale Package” and it is usually submitted by the Broker representing the seller, or the seller of the property
We create the most detailed and comprehensive Short Sale Packages in order to make the lender’s job AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. The more thorough we are the more likely we will quickly close your short sale! Our Short Sale Packages are usually 30-50 pages in length and are submitted electronically or via “soft copy” pdf to your lender.
