The following information is required for each application.  Please complete BEFORE we meet:

We receive MANY incomplete applications.  Your application WON’T be considered until all items below are submitted.

1) Filled out Application – please write legibly and complete in full.  Complete a separate application for “each” adult on the lease.  
2) Copy of your drivers licenses.
3) Copy of last two paystubs for each adult on the lease.
4) Copy of your Credit Report(s) with Score for each adult on the lease.
5) Copy of your Criminal Report(s).
6) Properties managed by The Ayers Team MUST use ACH Direct Debit for electronic rent payment.  We do NOT accept checks.  Please follow link to sign up.
