The following information is required for each application:

1) Filled out Application – please write legibly and complete in full.  Complete a separate application for “each” adult on the lease.  (A $30 application fee for each adult “MAY” be required for criminal checks.  It will depend on the Association and/or Owner).  It is not required now.
2) Copy of your drivers licenses.
3) Copy of last two paystubs for each adult on the lease.
4) Copy of your Credit Report(s) with Score for each adult on the lease.
5) Properties managed by The Ayers Team MUST use Chase QuickPay for electronic rent payment.  Follow link to sign up before first rent payment.
