Perform Credit Checks
We have partnered with www.MyFico.com to provide affordable Credit Reports for our clients who are looking to rent properties from us. www.MyFico.com has an array of products from a single credit report with FICO score ($15.95) to a full 3 company Credit Report and Tool Kit ($49.95). MyFico will even provide credit monitoring if you have your identity stolen.
For our purposes, we only require the single credit report with FICO score for each adult on the lease. After you have ordered and viewed your credit report, please save it as a pdf and email it to us with the Application. If you can’t save it as a pdf, please fax it to 630-689-4168
Pulling your own credit will not affect your credit score and that is why we prefer you to do it and not another company.
