 - Major/minor upgrades and approx dates (ie roof, hvac etc)
 - Deferred Maintenance items (ie really old carpet, etc)
 - HOA amounts and Association name/contact info
 - 1st and/or 2nd mortgage balances
 - Misc info like trash day, average utility charges, etc

Just remember that this is a starting point. We need to see your home in person. 
The valuation software doesn't know if you finished your basement, upgraded your kitchen or added a fence and deck.
 
We will provide an estimated range now and tighten it up once we meet in person!

We will create a customized Net Sheet for you based on your home and will share it with you during our first meeting.

We will ask for your mortgage payoff in the Seller Profile Form as that is needed to complete the Net Sheet. This will include all costs and payoffs involved in selling your home and will be very close to what you will walk away with at closing!

It is just an "estimate" but it will definitely get us in the ballpark! (See sample in link!)
